Mt. Washngton Hotel at Bretton Woods, NH

I attended a conference here today.  

My jaw dropped when this came into view.  

Mt. Washington is beautiful, and much larger than appearing in this photo.

 ..and so was this moose!  This was a big happy moose!  Bigger than a horse.

Bigger than the moose I routinely saw while living in Jackson Hole. 

This was my first trip through the White Mountains in the Granite State..  

...Breathtaking.

....among the most beautiful geography in the nation.
